UPAG

University College Hospital critical care patient advisory group (UPAG)

University College Hospital have set up a support group for former ICU patients, their families and staff members called UPAG (University College Hospital critical care patient advisory group).

The aim of the group is to gain feedback about patient experience and give patients the opportunity to tell UCLH what they did well and what could be improved upon. This will help to ensure that UCLH always offer a high quality of care. It is hoped that this group will provide a "patients voice" which will be considered when making important and key decisions on how the department is run.
