Congratulations Professor Levett!

Congratulations are in order to Xtreme Everest's Denny Levett who is now Professor of Perioperative Medicine and Critical Care at the University of Southampton.

Denny, who is a Consultant in Perioperative Medicine and Critical Care at Southampton University Hospital NHS Foundation trust, also chairs the National Perioperative CPET course biannually since it was established in 2009 and is the chair for the newly formed national perioperative exercise testing and training society (POETTS, www.poetts.co.uk) and leads the CPET service at University Hospital Southampton NHS trust.

During the Caudwell Xtreme Everest expedition in 2007, Denny was the Deputy Research Leader and a member of the climbing team.
